		<description>Your definition of bureaucracy is suspect; Thesaurus addtions are spurious and the connotations of being inherently oppresive are unjustified.  Sure, it can suck to work for (or confront) a bureaucracy, but they're also a bulwark against favoritism, nepotism, and cronyism - at least in theory.

But what do I konw.  I'm drunk.
